By downloading, installing, or using CashVoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

CashVoice is an expense tracking application that allows you to record expenses via voice input or manual entry. The app includes free and premium (Pro) subscription tiers.

User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Subscription and Payments

• CashVoice offers a free tier with limited features
• Pro subscription unlocks unlimited expense tracking and additional features
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the app
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

Intellectual Property

CashVoice and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CashVoice and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

CashVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is for personal expense tracking and should not be used as your sole financial record.

Limitation of Liability

CashVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
